We have two web based mail interfaces, one is based on IMAP4 (Webmail) and the other is based on POP3 protocol (Webmail II).

Webmail (IMAP) is a very versatile web application. Features include:

  • Retrieve, send, reply, forward to, redirect messages.
  • Different skins (layouts): New Hotmail, Outlook 2000, Outlook 2003, Classic, Old Hotmail, & Text Style.
  • Create different folders for storing messages.
  • An address book and the ability to import from and export to different formats. The ability to create different groups.
  • Create autoresponders with the option to respond once.
  • Create forwarders.
  • Create processing rules (filters) for the Subject, From, To, Body fields where each criteria may contain "contains", "does not contain", "begin with", "ends with" and the action to move the message to a certain folder. Processing rules are very similar to mail clients filters. However instead of downloading all the messages to your client and then have the client do the work, our server will do the work for you and you can decide to retrieve only genuine messages.
  • Create white and black lists based on fields such as sender, recipient, any header, ip address.. etc. Action includes rejecting the message, deleting it, marking it as spam or accepting it.
  • Move, copy, mark as read, mark as unread between folders.
  • Search messages across folders for text in subject, from, to or body fields
  • Modify settings such as signature, date zone, language, character set, refresh interval.
  • Send messages as text or html, save copy of sent messages in sent folder, save to Drafts, return receipt, encrypt, sign and spell check.
  • Use a calendar to keep track of events and send email notirications when an event is up.
